Rust Removers
Rust Remover concentrate is a blend of mild acids and performance additives that removes rust phenomenally from all iron and steel surfaces.
Packing Size: 12×1 Litre, 4×1 USG & 200 Litre.
Features
- Excellent wetting capacity and anticorrosion protection on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

- Can be diluted with water to any concentration needed (see directions for detail).
Applications
- Rust and scale removal from ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals.
- Heavy duty cleaning of in-process parts and assemblies.
- Metals preparation prior to painting.
- Oxidation and stains removal from aluminum, brass, copper etc.
Direction for Use:
- For Heavy rust and scale (ferrous metals) – Dilute concentrate with 1 to 2 parts water.
- Metal should be immersed 20 minutes to 1 hour. Remove and clean the metal or parts with water.
- Heavy corrosion (non-ferrous) dilute concentrate with 2 to 3 parts water. Metal should be immersed 20 minutes to 1 hour.
- Periodically check non ferrous metals, Remove and rinse with water.
- As a metal cleaner (ferrous and non-ferrous) dilute concentrate with 4 to 5 parts water.
- Metal may be immersed, brushed or wiped until the desired brightness is obtained and finally rinse with water and dry.
- Heating up 65 degree celsius will speed up the rust removal process and ease penetration of surface active agents.
Safety Guidelines
The product is mildly acidic. Before using this product read the safety instructions provided in the MSDS carefully which gives detailed safety information and guidance.
For a good safe practice on-site:
- Wear suitable protective clothing.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Dispose as per local authority norms.
- Keep containers closed when not in use.
Surfinol degreaser
Surfinol degreaser dissolves and removes greases, oils, lubri- cants, adhesives and contaminants from equipment, machinery, motors and metal parts.

Paint Remover

How it works
